“Your story matters. Regardless of where you’ve been or what you’ve done, the lessons you’ve learned are valuable.”
[Doreen Virtue, Mornings with the Lord]

We are each our own story. Our lives may be the combination of several stories, that somehow entwine and lead us forward.
“I once met a man who was raised on the Canadian prairies” Kent Nerburn writes in Small Graces. “We got to talking about the open space, and how it had shaped his spirit. When the wind stops he said, it is so loud that everyone pauses to listen.”

In the absence of sound, in the silence of the space, may we all be blessed to listen to the spirit within.
