“Regrets are as personal as finger prints”
[Margaret Culkin Banning]

There is a sadness about the things we regret in our life, yet they are unique moments in which we experienced, learned and grew.
In her book Blessings, Julia Cameron writes, “In times of loneliness, when I feel misunderstood and abandoned, I allow myself to feel the presence of Spirit, guiding and supporting me, holding me safe and secure despite my fears and misgivings. I bless the path I travel with spiritual safety.”

May any regret in our lives be released with gratitude for the wisdom and expansion it has brought.
Today I ask that we would all be blessed with faith, allowing spirit to lead.
