Asking, giving thanks. So simple, yet amid all the activity of the day I can forget these words and try to take it on my own. My experience has always been that it creates a harder road with less harmony. That was never God’s plan.
“When angels help us through life, sometimes they do so in ways that may not be immediately recognizable to us” Doreen Virtue writes in Signs from Above. “That is because they are here to guide and protect, not to lead and direct…… The angels ask nothing more of us than that we believe and listen to their messages. Since they are not here to control our lives, sometimes their most powerful act is to comfort us.”
I have much gratitude for the angels that surround me and are with me. Their wings expand and wrap around me.
Today I ask that we would all be blessed to know God’s Grace and avow to ask and give thanks for the gifts in our lives.
