“Time is/ too slow for those who Wait/ too swift for those who Fear/
Too long for those who Grieve/ too short for those who Rejoice.”
[Henry Van Dyke]
It is so human to measure everything. We like to compare things.
Ivan Turgenev, the Russian novelist in the 1800’s tells us that… “Time sometimes flies like a bird, sometimes crawls like a snail; but man is happiest when he does not even notice whether it passes swiftly or slowly.”
May we be blessed to know that time is infinite awaiting our awareness.
