“One of the greatest paradoxes of your physical senses is that your eyes actually show you what you believe, not what you see.”
[Mike Dooley/ www.TUT.com ]

The mind is a powerful mass of intellect. We see what we want to believe, we do not see what we don’t want to believe. The mind gifts us with Hope and Protects us with discernment.
“We think of our eyes as wise seers” Diane Ackerman writes in A Natural History of the Senses, “but all the eye does is gather light…… seeing as we think of it, doesn’t happen in the eyes but in the brain.”

I give thanks and gratitude for the ability to see, and the vision in my life.
Today I ask that we would all be blessed to be a conduit of Light, seeing as our eyes do with the power to envision a life of peace and harmony.
