There is goodness and kindness in the world all around us and in the world within us. The energy of giving and receiving from our hearts, expands and multiplies in its regeneration.

The world expands, a moment of goodness is created, and something new comes into being where before there was nothing.”
Like Grace before a meal, I give thanks for all there is, and know we are all blessed.
God is great, and God is good, and we thank Him for our food. By His hand we must be fed, Give us Lord our daily bread. Amen
