“Good gardening is very simple, really. You just have to learn to think like a plant.”
[Barbara Damroch, The Garden Primer ]

In his poem Putting in the Seed, Robert Frost describes it this way:
“…. Slave to a springtime passion for the earth.
How Love burns through the Putting in the Seed
On through the watching for that early birth
When, just as the soil tarnishes the weed,
The sturdy seedling with arched body comes
Shouldering its way and shedding earth crumbs.”

May we be blessed to rest in a nutrient environment, stretch deep to steady ourselves, and turn always towards the Light.
