“Discontent and disorder are signs of energy and hope, not despair” [Dame Cicely Veronica]

It can be confusing, especially in confusing times. What we see and feel, is that real? Or is there underlining movement greater than are own that creates change over time always towards the positive.

“Hope” Brene Brown tells us in The Gifts of Imperfection “is not an emotion; it is a way of thinking or a cognitive process… “Hope happens when we have the ability to set realistic goals, when we are able to figure out how to achieve those goals (while staying flexible and being open to alternate routes) and we believe in ourselves.”

We learn how to hope through exercising our minds and hearts.

I ask that we would all be blessed today to expand out thinking and engage our physical and spiritual beings in affirming the positive.
